Nykyta Izmaylov (UA RU)
Ukrainian investor, founder of the N1 fintech fund.

Biography

Nykyta Izmaylov was born in 1987 in Mykolaiv. In 2009, he graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking in Sumy under the National Bank of Ukraine, earning a master’s degree in “Accounting and Auditing.” He began working while still a student — selling plastic windows.

Operational Profile

Nykyta Izmaylov’s first job in his specialty was as a senior auditor at KPMG (2009–2012). He then spent four years as the Chief Financial Officer at the PMBL group.

Nykyta Izmaylov is the founder of the specialized fintech investment fund N1, whose portfolio includes the payment system Asquad, the Tap-to-Phone startup Transenix, and other fintech projects.

TRANSENIX Project

Another initiative by Nykyta Izmaylov is TRANSENIX, a project based on Tap-to-Phone technology that allows Ukrainian entrepreneurs to use their mobile devices as payment terminals. The project has been highly appreciated by small business owners, who can avoid purchasing expensive cash registers and card terminals thanks to this solution.

The TRANSENIX technology has received security certification from both Visa and Mastercard, and today it is the first and only project of its kind in Ukraine. The total investment in the project amounts to $500,000.

Charity and Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Nykyta Izmaylov is one of the main donors of the Ukrainian support foundation U-Hero. Through this foundation, another initiative aimed at strengthening the defense capabilities of Ukrainian soldiers was financed — laser training ranges.

These training systems allow soldiers to quickly, effectively, and safely acquire combat and weapons-handling skills. They also make it possible to select specific weather conditions without waiting for real rain, snow, and so on.

Thanks to these systems, soldiers can be trained in a short time while saving both financial and human resources. According to U-Hero, training grenade launcher operators with laser systems alone saves 32 million euros per month, which would otherwise be spent on ammunition in real-world training.

The advantages of this approach are obvious,” notes Nykyta Izmaylov. The probability of injury or, worse, death during training is close to zero, unlike at firing ranges, which are often located within enemy shelling zones. At the same time, the systems are able to realistically simulate weather conditions. In addition, soldiers have access to various weapon mock-ups — from Makarov pistols to Javelins and Stingers.”

Family

Nykyta Izmaylov is married and has four children.

Hobbies

Nykyta Izmaylov is a strong advocate of a healthy lifestyle and a passionate sports enthusiast. He enjoys running and participates in marathons. In his opinion, sports are not only a way to improve health — they represent a life choice that says a lot about a person.
